Getting Started:

Connect Your X-keys Foot Pedal

Plug the X-keys Foot Pedal into a USB port on your computer. No drivers are required. Once connected, the pedal is ready to use or program.

Pre-programmed vs blank Foot Pedals

X-keys Foot Pedals come in several versions:

  • Blank - Pedals are unprogrammed and ready for customization
  • Mouse Click - Comes with double click, left click and right click already assigned to buttons
  • Media Player - Comes with previous, play/pause, and next already assigned to buttons

No matter which version you have, all pedals can be reprogrammed at any time.

Program the Pedal

Use our free X-keys programming software to assign keystrokes, shortcuts, or macros to each button. You can save your layout directly to the device using Hardware Mode, allowing the foot pedal to work on any computer without software or drivers.

Program the down click and release for each button, left, right and center.
