Official RailDriver Boxcar
A U.S. boxcar with a RailDriver paint scheme, this car is set to deliver new consignments of the RailDriver Desktop Train Cab Controller. Modeled with three-dimensional ribbed sides and a roof from the RailDriver® Car Builders Cyclopedia, this car has a reasonably high poly count. Still, large trains of these can be run. As a freeware model, feel free to share it with your friends.

RailDriver Cab Views
The following cab views were created using Train Sim Modeler. To place one of our cab views into an MSTS engine, please follow these simple
Download the .zip file and extract it to your hard drive.
- Copy files from our '*cabview' folder.
- Paste those files to 'cabview' folder of the MSTS engine.
- Open the '*.eng' file for the MSTS engine in WordPad.
- Open 'Find' function in WordPad, enter 'cvf', and click 'Find.'
- This line should show up: Cabview (*.cvf).
- Replace name of the .cvf file with name of the new .cvf file.
- Open the engine in MSTS. The new cab view will be active.

Michigan Lakes Route for TRS 2004
While testing RailDriver on Trainz 2004, we created our own virtual railroad. Now we're sharing it, and hope you have as much fun running it as we did making it. We decided to make the route available to you as a free download, along with some extra trains and a session that is sure to test your skill as a dispatcher.
All three parts must be downloaded in order to run the session. In addition, Auran PaintShed is required for the proper display of our custom engines and rolling stock.
The Michigan Lakes Route
Covering 99 baseboards, this route is bordered by the Great Lakes and other smaller lakes, which are so often found in Michigan. Having industry mixed in with pine forest and deciduous woods makes this route look like it could be anywhere in Michigan. In addition, we pulled the place names from our local area, and had a bit of fun with them. The layout is set so that many trains can be run simultaneously, and the drivers rotated around. We tried to make it easy to set up a routine and then run it for hours.

The Michigan Lakes Session
The Michigan Lakes session requires you to download the route, the session, and the trains. The basis of TRS 2004 'situations' is that you can run all the industries and keep them fed using all of the resources you have. Just to make things interesting in this session, the lumber industries and the forest are at opposite ends of the layout — giving you plenty of work to keep things running.
For example, schedule a run between the coal mine and the power station to keep electricity flowing. The trick here, after you get the train to the power station, is to unload and move the train around to the exit points. These settings are under the 'driver to trackmark' section for your driver. If you do not use all of your coal, detach full coal cars and return the empty cars to the mine. Power station switchers can move remaining cars for unloading.

The Michigan Lakes Trains
Below you can see the selection of locomotives and rolling stock that we provide to help you fulfill your tasks. They have all been painted in either RailDriver or Michigan Lakes Railroad color schemes. These were made using Auran's PaintShed tool, which is required to run these trains and the Michigan Lakes session.
We provide three SW7 switchers: MLRR Forestry, MLRR in house colors, and MLRR in RailDriver colors. In addition, you get SD40 and GP38 diesels, the RailDriver boxcar, and water tankers.

1922 Locomotive Cyclopedia
We've provided some samples from one of our RailDriver® cyclopedias. The real images in the cyclopedia were scanned at 600 dpi and would take hours to open with a dial-up connection, so we've reduced the resolution and compressed these for you.
