Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
  • The item must be in the same condition you received it—unused and undamaged.
  • All original accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return (RMA Required)
  1. Email sales@piengineering.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. After approval, we’ll provide your RMA number and return instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
  4. Ship returns to:

Note: Items sent back without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized products, including custom-printed keys or custom OEM projects.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
